My first birth was a nightmare. When I found out I was pregnant with my second child I was extremely happy, but feared that my birth was going to be a disaster...lucky for me I met Sarah. I didn't have any knowledge about what a doula was, but I was willing to try it out. She was so professional from our first meeting to the birth of my daughter. She was gentle and really helped me work through the contractions, whether it was talking me through them, general pain management and most of all support. I wouldn't have had an amazing birth if it wasn't for Sarah. She helped me understand and enjoy it.
